After you choose your account mode, WESSAAL will redirect you to the onboarding process.

The onboarding process helps WESSAAL personalize your experience. It includes 6 required steps and takes less than a minute to complete.

Onboarding is required before WESSAAL redirects you to the platform based on your selected account mode.


Before You Start

Before completing onboarding, make sure you have already completed these steps:

Account registration

You have created your WESSAAL account.

Login

You have logged in using your registered mobile number and password.

Mobile verification

You have completed WhatsApp OTP verification.

Account mode selection

You have selected either Linked-Device or Official.


What Happens During Onboarding?

WESSAAL will ask you 6 short questions to understand your business needs and personalize your experience.

Complete the Onboarding Steps

Step 1: Select Your Business Type

The first question is:

What type of business do you run?

Select the option that best describes your business.

Available options:

After selecting your answer, select Next.


Step 2: Select Your Main Use Case

The second question is:

What will you primarily use WESSAAL for?

Select the option that best matches your main purpose for using WESSAAL.

Available options:

After selecting your answer, select Next.


Step 3: Select the Most Important Channel

The third question is:

Which channel matters most to you?

Select the communication channel that matters most for your organization.

Available options:

After selecting your answer, select Next.


Step 4: Select Monthly Conversation Volume

The fourth question is:

How many conversations per month?

Select the option that best matches your expected monthly conversation volume.

Available options:

Step 5: Select Your Team Size

The fifth question is:

How big is your team?

Select the option that best describes your team size.

Available options:

After selecting your answer, select Next.


Step 6: Tell Us How You Heard About WESSAAL

The final question is:

How did you hear about us?

Select the option that best describes how you heard about WESSAAL.

After selecting your answer, select Get Started.


After Completing Onboarding

After you select Get Started, WESSAAL will redirect you based on the account mode you selected earlier.

Linked-Device

You will be redirected to the Linked-Device platform, including the plan and subscription page, to start your subscription.

Official

You will be redirected to the Official platform, including the plans page, to complete your subscription.


Can I Change My Answers Later?

In the current onboarding process, you can use Back to return to previous steps and change your answers before selecting Get Started.

In the WESSAAL GA MVP version, users will be able to update onboarding answers later.
