Use this guide to log in to your WESSAAL account and complete mobile verification through WhatsApp.
To log in, you need the same mobile number and password you used during registration. After entering your login credentials, WESSAAL will send an OTP verification code to your WhatsApp number.
Important
Your registered mobile number must have an active WhatsApp account. You will need WhatsApp access to receive the OTP verification code.
Before logging in, make sure you have the following:
Requirement | Description |

Registered mobile number | Use the same mobile number you used when creating your WESSAAL account. |
Correct country code | Make sure the country code is correct before entering your mobile number. |
Password | Enter the password you created during registration. |
WhatsApp access | You must be able to receive the OTP verification code on WhatsApp. |
Open your web browser and go to wessaal.com.
Then open the Login page.

Enter your registered mobile number.
Make sure you select or enter the correct country code.
Tip
Use the same mobile number you entered during registration. If the number is different, you may not be able to access your account.

Enter the password you created during registration.
Make sure the password is typed correctly.
After entering your mobile number and password, select Login.
If your credentials are correct, WESSAAL will send an OTP verification code to your registered WhatsApp number.
After selecting Login, open WhatsApp on your registered mobile number.
You will receive an OTP verification code from WESSAAL.
Enter the OTP code in the verification field to continue.

Security Reminder
Do not share your OTP verification code with anyone. WESSAAL support will never ask you to share your OTP code.
After the OTP code is accepted, you will be logged in successfully.
WESSAAL will redirect you to the next page, such as the Plans page, depending on your account status.
Use the same mobile number you registered with.
Your registered mobile number must have an active WhatsApp account.
Make sure the country code is correct.
Keep your password secure.
Do not share your OTP verification code with anyone.
If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login page.
