Create a New WESSAAL Account

Use this guide to create your WESSAAL account and verify your mobile number through WhatsApp.

To complete registration, you need an active mobile number that has a WhatsApp account. WESSAAL will send an OTP verification code to this number.

Important
Make sure you can access WhatsApp on the mobile number you enter. You will need it to receive the OTP verification code.

Before You Start

Before creating your account, make sure you have the following:

Requirement	Description
Active mobile number	Use a mobile number that is active and available to you.
WhatsApp account	The mobile number must have an active WhatsApp account.
Correct country code	Select or enter the correct country code before adding your mobile number.
Full name	Enter your real full name.
Password	Create a password that you will use later to log in to WESSAAL.

Create Your Account

Step 1: Open the WESSAAL Website

Open your web browser and go to wessaal.com.

Then open the Login / Sign Up page.

Step 2: Select Create New Account

On the Login / Sign Up page, select Create New Account.

The registration form will open.

Step 3: Enter Your Mobile Number

Enter your mobile number with the correct country code.

The mobile number must be connected to WhatsApp because WESSAAL will send the OTP verification code to this number.

Tip
Check the country code carefully before submitting the form. An incorrect country code may prevent you from receiving the OTP verification code.

Step 4: Enter Your Full Name

Enter your full name in the required field.

Use your real name so your account can be identified correctly.

Step 5: Create a Password

Enter the password you want to use for your WESSAAL account.

Follow any password requirements shown on the registration page.

Step 6: Confirm Your Password

Enter the same password again in the confirmation field.

Both password fields must match before you can continue.

Step 7: Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms

Read and accept the required policies before creating your account.

You may be asked to accept:

Privacy Policy
Terms and Conditions

Note
You cannot complete the registration process unless you accept the required policies.

Step 8: Submit the Registration Form

After completing all required fields, select Create Account.

WESSAAL will send an OTP verification code to your WhatsApp number.

After Registration

After successful registration, WESSAAL will redirect you to the Login page.

Login Detail	What to Enter
Mobile number	The same mobile number used during registration
Password	The password you created during registration

After logging in successfully, you can continue using WESSAAL according to your account access and subscription status.

Important Notes

Your mobile number must have an active WhatsApp account.
Enter the correct country code before submitting the registration form.
Use a mobile number that you can access.
Keep your password secure.
Do not share your OTP verification code with anyone.
If your mobile number is already registered, go to the Login page instead of creating a new account.

Common Issues and Solutions

Issue	What to Do
I did not receive the OTP code	Make sure the mobile number is active on WhatsApp and entered with the correct country code.
The OTP code is not accepted	Enter the latest OTP code exactly as received.
The passwords do not match	Re-enter the password and confirmation password carefully.
The form does not submit	Make sure all required fields are completed and the required policies are accepted.
The mobile number is already registered	Go to the Login page and sign in using your existing credentials.
I cannot access WhatsApp on this number	Use a mobile number that can receive WhatsApp messages.
